Fruit vs Vegetables sprouted out of the creative mind of our daughter Catalina. What began as a one page comic strip eventually grew to a 12-issue series (and still growing!)

Recognizing the need for entertaining and educational content about food and nutrition in the children's publishing market, our goal is to transform Fruit vs Vegetables into a graphic novel for young readers. To help us create this publication, Skylark Nutrition has partnered with Dallas-based artist Evelyn Morgan.

Fruit vs Vegetables, written by Jeremy Koontz and illustrated by Evelyn Morgan, is planned to be the first of several children's publications that entertain and teach children about food, cooking, and healthy eating habits.
